Aniket has 5 years of experience in the areas of Consumer Protection Laws, Real Estate Laws, Labour Laws, Arbitration Laws and Corporate Laws. He has completed his Bachelor of Laws from the Mumbai University and Aniket is an aspiring Solicitor and is pursuing the Solicitors’ Examination conducted by the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. He has rich experience in litigation, litigation strategy and alternate dispute resolution wherein he advises and represents clients before the Supreme Court, various High Courts, District Courts, Tribunals, Commissions and Boards and has a strong presence in Maharashtra and Goa. He practices civil and commercial litigation and regularly appears before the Bombay High Court, National Company Law Tribunals Mumbai Bench, National and State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions High Courts.

He is also well versed with Procedural Laws, Drafting, Pleading and Conveyancing. With an in-depth understanding of the procedural laws practice in these niche areas, he has etched an exclusive place for himself in the field of law.
